3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WelloChat for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content through the chat widget, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems. You are responsible for the content displayed on your store through our widget.

5. AI Disclaimer

WelloChat uses AI to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of information provided to your customers through the widget.

6. Limitation of Liability

WelloChat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
